Forgetting an important person, would be hard isn’t it? Imagine living our live 40 or 50 years together with our loved ones. And they end up forgetting about us.

Here are three simple keys. Which you can take advantage on now, before the bad storm’s coming. Three tips for you, to live a better life at old age with great memories.

1. Train your physical strength and brain

Simple thing as doing at least 150 mins  of exercise every week can help you have better memories. Exercise pumps blood to your brain. Resulted in better oxygen and memory. Brain functions will be at the top of the roof.

Second thing is by playing mental game. Easy and relaxing activities such as reading 30 mins each day, playing chess, sudoku and brain out (phone apps) will help improves your memories. Who doesn’t love games right? This will stimulate your brain to solve complex problems.

2. Sleep the Proper way

  • Have a regular sleep schedule
  • Shut your room light whenever you sleep at night. (Yes! This also means turn on your phone flight mode. Put your phone far away from your head while you’re asleep)
  • Have a quality sleep. How? You can take a hot bath before sleep. Also, before going to sleep, make sure you’re free from stress and anxiety. You’ll feel more refreshing when you’re awake the next morning.

3. Healthy Food

  • Eat healthy fresh foods
  • Stop eating junk food and fast food
  • Eat high antioxidants fruit such as dates. This antioxidants can help to freshen up your brain which can double up your memory strength.
  • Other healthy ‘food’ is also feeding your mind with positive thoughts. This clearly helps your brain. Do it in moderate yeah. Else, too much positivity may lead toxic positivity!
