2) Get 7 hours of sleep
Sleep is important. Getting enough sleep, is more crucial. During sleep, that is when our body relax and our brain process new informations. There’s an interesting school in China.
What makes that school special was, after every 45 minutes of study, their students have to sleep for 20 minutes [You can search about this school]. 3) 30 minutes exercise, 3 times a week
Apart from removing unwanted substances from your body through sweating, exercise have other benefits. Gain muscle strength. Boost confidence. Enhance creative thinking. Also to lift up your mood by producing happy hormones during exercise. Do exercise every morning rather than in the evening. You’ll feel a huge differences in your day!
4) Spend 10 minutes daily learning foreign language
Physical exercise, helps strengthen your body. Reading and studying foreign language, is an exercise for your brain! Challenging your brain to learn something new, this will elevate your brain activities. Besides from understanding new language, you’ll prevent alzheimer!
