Maryami 400g

Maryami has long, slender, oval dates with thin skin and almost black in colour. They are considered semi-dried due to their low moisture content of less than 15%, less than other date varieties. Not to sweet, yet deliciously chewy, Maryami dates are unique in taste and appearance. As with all other dates, Maryami date is rich with laxative of fiber, promoting digestive health and have also been found to help prevent colon and stomach cancer.
